Mr Barnett said a minority Labor government, supported by the Nationals, would go against the will of the people, who had rejected the ALP at Saturday's election.
Course they didn't actually vote in the Liberal party either. I think the will of the people showed we didn't like anyone. Tomorrow supposedly the Nationals will announce who they are going to do a deal with to form Government in WA. There's lots of speculation about the place. Will the Nats *really* break party lines and go with Labor? Seems highly unlikely. On the other hand, they just might do it to play a bigger role on the Federal playing field. The thing I am most worried about is whether I can bear another cabinet reshuffle and playing around with Govt Depts. I'm not sure I have that left in me and I don't know what it means for the State Env if the Libs get in - you know, like on account of the fact that the Environment didn't actually get any airplay in the whirlwind that was the campaign period.
