The other day I walked with Benji round the side of the house and came across something quite delightful.

About two years or more ago now, I planted myself a lot of daffodil bulbs. Someone at work collects daffodil variants and had spent that spring bringing different cuttings in each week. I was captivated - there are even pink daffodils!! So I decided to start my own collection.

I had daffodils and tulips the following year and they were lovely. But then I lost my enthusiasm for gardening and all the pots were packed away down the side of the house and forgotten about.

Til last week or so when I wandered down and saw lots of shoots!! The bulbs are sprouting! How exciting!!!
