I think it was a combination of pulling the blender out yesterday to make the muffins (I don't have a food processor) and realising how easy it is to clean, as well as leaving it out AND having the right ingredients in the fridge that made this so easy. I'm still really enjoying being creative about using up all the perishables in the fridge before they perish (something I couldn't do during the OCD years). I had some yoghurt leftover, fresh milk and some bananas looking to ripen. I added vanilla and some honey and it was awesome! I am addicted.
Lots of thinking through what I should be ordering/buying in my weekly groceries so as to actually enjoy cooking and make things that I will actually eat that are also good for me.
It's an interesting exercise.
