Still so damn sleepy

Gah, my internal biorhythms have not yet returned and I hate it! I'm still getting up at the crack o dawn and falling asleep too early in the evening. I tried napping yesterday which just made me feel really revolting - napping screws with my bloodsugar and makes me feel sick. And then I was still falling asleep on the couch by 9pm. And a lot of people keep saying to do stuff in the morning but that implies I wasn't doing stuff whilst up in the evenings - my most productive time of the day is from 7pm onwards. And the thing about mornings is that you don't wake up and craft for an hour so I haven't done any crafting yet since I've been back.

Ok that's me whining.

I am still trying to get on with the rapid lifestyle changes for November thing. maelkann and I started the Couch to 5K program the other day. He's doing it with me for encouragement which I do need - I'm more for the wanting to just be in the montage for the getting fit and then ending up at the other end or buff and sporty. At this stage (aka couch), I'm much less into the actual going through every minute of pain on the way to fit. But I do want to get back into running so I guess I'll go wake him in a minute for the next increment on the program.

I've also starting pruning down my lj friendslist as part of my simplifying my life to-do item. I just don't have the time these days to keep up with my friendslist - not quite sure how this crept up on me, it feels very weird but has been the case for quite some time now. I've stripped out a bunch that could be read through my google reader and will continue to add to that instead. I'm not really sure if that saves time or not. But I guess eventually, I'm working my way towards moving to Wordpress. I spose.

Today I probably need to get back into the work thing. I hope I can feel less tired soon. Yesterday I filled a lot of orders that came in whilst I was away. I'm almost up to date on that now. And I'm hoping to have brainspace for getting the accounts keeping up to date today as well.
